We are looking for a HR and Administrative Intern who are having 1+ year experience in .Net MVC architecture & SQL server who can design and develop highly scalable and robust applications, with drive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design, clear navigation and secure browsing. You will be a part of a collaborative Agile development team and work with Product Owners, a Scrum Master, Senior Developers and UI/UX design staff on both the front and back-end elements of the Web application to be used by customers all over the world.

The HR Intern Responsibilities: -

Update company databases by inputting new employee records. Screening resumes and application forms to identify prospective employees to fill company job vacancies. Schedule interviews with potential shortlisted candidates. Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms. Write and distribute internship offers, and create job postings. Coordinate recruitment processes, assist in helping new hires. Work for employee development. Conduct exit interviews. Assist in organizing company events. The HR intern shall assist, employee benefits, and other Human Resources related matters. Assist with personnel administration, employee information, and employment applications. Office Management tasks: sorting employee files, payroll data, and other hr intern duties. Inputting employee records onto the HR Information System to include new starters, leavers, and absences. Administrative Intern Responsibilities: -

Assisting with general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars and scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. Organizing and maintaining files and documents, both physically and electronically. Managing and updating databases, contact lists, and mailing lists. Drafting and editing correspondence, memos, and reports. Greeting visitors and assisting with their inquiries. Assisting in the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies. Assisting in budgeting and financial tracking by processing invoices and expense reports. Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members. Participating in team meetings and providing input on administrative procedures and improvements. Performing other administrative support tasks as assigned by supervisors. Maintain files for expense reports, agency invoices, check requests, memo’s and all invoice processing Responsible for packing and shipping of current promotional programs used for outside presentations Responsible for set-up of all in-house presentations Responsible for keeping promotional calendars up to date All other necessary administrative duties Required Experience and Skills

Bachelor’s degree Master’s degree in HRM or studying toward a degree in Human Resources or related field. Must be enthusiastic and have good English communication skills (oral and written). Minimum up to one-year experience of working in an office environment is advantageous. Basic understanding of labour laws. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Must have the ability to work as part of a team. Self-starter and not afraid of taking the initiative. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Required Experience and Skills
